Is it possible to remove the previously set usename/password/LAN config on a GSP card on a L2000 without taking it down?
Would be handy :-)

Re: GSP reset on an L2000 without power cycling ?
You can change those settings without effecting the server OS.
The GSP is independant of the OS.

Re: GSP reset on an L2000 without power cycling ?
That worked a treat. And a better reponse time than the Open Source forums (and they're pretty good).
Much Appreciated.

Re: GSP reset on an L2000 without power cycling ?
Apart from soft reset of GSP you can also do a hard reset of GSP card without recycling power to machine. This is required only if the output from soft reset command throws a output 'GSP Reset Failed'. This is done by pushing a push button that in physically visible on the GSP card after physically opening the cabinet.
