GSP web console displays garbage

See link:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=204295
I'm having the same problem with the web access to my GSP card. This is a rp5470. The telent works just fine and I disabled the auto-negotiate. When I try an access the web console:
http://ip.of.server:2023
I get a few chars of garbage and that's it.

Do I need a particular version of java RTE on my PC with Windows Internet Explorer?

Re: GSP web console displays garbage

Thanks all...I am running Microsoft explorer 6.0 + and Java 1.4 +.

Still garbage chars.

Maybe it's the firmware...what ver should I have for rp5470? How do I check this out?

Thanks again

Re: GSP web console displays garbage

Hi,
Looking at the thread in the question, i think upgrading your firmware and downgrading JAVA could solve the problem but i would suggest you to refer to HP support siince this may be a firmware upgrade issue. .
