Never tried one but look's impossible.
Find the attached the attached doc on GSP and see if that helps you do this strange thing.

Hi,

GSP is meant only for maintenance, you can't use it for craeting users and all

Re: GSP

This could be useful if this is featured, as it existing on others systems.
When you have lot's of modification on console on differents machines, it is more easier to do it with scripts.
Thank you for your response

Re: GSP

Hi,
For me, it is clearly possible. As GSP lan console is accessible via telnet, and because from GSP you can access the unix OS, you can manage it with expect, and add any user, to the GSP security configuration, or to the unix server.
I use expect some months ago, to manage an script application, with "su -" commands, and with obstinacy, all is possible with expect/tcl-tk.

Olivier.
They say "install windows 2k, xp or better", so i install unix !

Re: GSP

Sorry, i response a little quickly :
if you want to manage users via the GSP on the console, it is not possible.
BUT, via the GSP lan console, of course you can, because of the telnet access !
For example, i will use it to verify all of my Front Panel remote Server (VFP command under GSP), like this, via telnet, over expect/tcl-tk.
For the download or documentation : http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Tcl/expect-5.41/

Good luck. Olivier.
