Getting dm_core_hw error messages.

Getting dm_core_hw error messages on two n4000 servers. Checked the GSP and it is working. Reset the GSP and cleared the reminders but the errors keep coming back... Any ideas?

Maybe you have to install a more recent version of OnlineDiag if you do not see any real problem.

Both boxes have the following OnlineDiag version:

OnlineDiag B.11.00.20.09 HPUX 11.0 Support

is this current?

FYI

Known issues with your version of Online Diag; patching or updating is recommended:

Re: Getting dm_core_hw error messages.

hi,

what exactly is the message?

it might point to something more specific, psu's, fans, environmental temperature?

what are the errors in the GSP? can you post these

Also check the status of the fans/psu's. If there are both together in the same rack? then it could be you lost AC to a PSU in each unit? something like this
