Also look at 'ioscan' and fcmsutil for HBA and of course the output of print_manifest which is part of ignite.

and to get the model number just type in the command model or alternatively uname -a

Yes you can get the part number and model number of almost everything through CSTM or XSTM.
select all and use information only option.
