HP 900 K580 w/ HP-UX 10.2 Will not Boot ENTRY-INIT status= -4

After a planned power off, we cannot reboot out server. The message is:

Cannot find ENTRY_TEST.
Failed to initialize.

ENTRY_INIT
Status=-4
Failed to initialize.

We are checking the cables to the internal boot drive, but we are able to view the disk contents when we boot from the cd-drive.

This error usually indicates problems with the interal SCSI, or cable. Are there any other messages or numbers on the display ?
Anyone for a Mutiny ?

We are fairly sure the boot sector must have been corrupted and are waiting for a new drive to be installed.
