[HP 9000 rp 4440] MP Console failed

Hi, I'm user from Thailand. I got problem to MP Console to HP 9000 rp4440, When I'm connect via serial port it always show blank screen any I try many time it don't work. Please suggest.

Did you use the most left serial port?

Correct speed (9600)?

Try a reset - the button is left to the connector inside the chassis (accessible from outside).

Serial (9 PIN) it only 2 Label port 

1. Auxiliary 

2. Remote. <-- I'm Connected with this port.

Yes correct speed.

could you help me to provide some picture I'm not familiar with HP-UX.

There are 3 serial ports (from left):

- MP local

- AUX

- remote (Modem)

You need to use the MP local port (most left).

I've only 2 port from left just AUX & Remote, Any suggest ?

Thank you for advise, That my mistake it have 3 port and I'm plug serial to Remote Port. If I got any problem I'll ask you again thank you for kindly support.
