HP K Class Information

Not sure if this is the right forum for this and I apologize if I have asked in the wrong forum.

I'm trying to find manuals for a K360 server and a storage unit that is attached (A3312-60001 is the part numbe on the back - I believe it is called a Jamaica box).
I need switch settings and cabling information for the Jamaica box and cabling / hardware information for the K360.

If someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,

Re: HP K Class Information

K-Class manuals are here:

About the jamaica:
just use the dip switches to set the scsi id in binary.

Hope this helps!

There are only 10 types of people in the world -
those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Re: HP K Class Information

jamaica box has 8 slots for hard disks. if you look from the rear, there are 4 slots each for bus A (right) and B (left). you can daisy chain it to make both buses linked if you want to. as for the dip switch for each slot, the least significant bit (LSB) is on the left (i.e. 8-4-2-1). set the scsi address accordingly and unique for all slots in the same bus.

Re: HP K Class Information

sorry for my earlier mistake, the LSB should be on the right and not on the left.
