A failed monarch CPU is being deconfigured.
Logged by: System Firmware 1

0x6080081F01E00880 0000000000000000

at boot prompt it shows following

Re: HP rp3410 CPU gets deconfigured

Hi Montu,

Can you post the FPL ( forward progress log ) MP -> SL -> FP?
MP -> CM -> ID
MP -> CM -> SS
MP -> CM -> SYSREV
MP -> CM -> DF

It might be a case that CPU 0 is malfuncationing.

Re: HP rp3410 CPU gets deconfigured

Montu,

I don't see required FPL in the attachment.

I presume that you do shutdown/boot the server. Sometime with this, you see such event and error during boot right?
OR
Was there any system reset/reboot from running OS environment during those 2 occessions?

Just figuring out the scenario.. ??

Re: HP rp3410 CPU gets deconfigured

Was there anything logged in /var/opt/resmon/log/event.log ? I'd expect to see at least one message from dm_chassis from when the CPU was first deconfigured, assuming you have a recent version of OnlineDiags running.

Re: HP rp3410 CPU gets deconfigured

Sameer,

I had seen this message while system rebooted ( both the times).

Andrew,
in event.log nothin found like dm_chasis.

******
Today HP Support Centre has checked system with offline diagnostic tool, he found everything ok.
