HP rp5430 with DAT160 Tape Drive Compatibility
Hey Guys,
i have a rp5430 server, which we are trying to connect a HP Dat160 tape drive to it, but trying to get any confirmation of compatibility is a nightmare.
HP have a table for compatibility of the rp5470, but not rp5430.
http://www.hp.com/products1/storage/compatibility/tapebackup/PA-RISC/13-0001-1003.html#matrixtable
any information would be great.
Cheers
Tim

Re: HP rp5430 with DAT160 Tape Drive Compatibility
Hi Tim,
if it is working with a rp5470, it is working with a rp5430 too, because the hardware is the same.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
