HP server Model -9000/800/R390

Can somebody, please guide me to the a technical spec details sheet on the 9000/800/R390 model hp server.

Go to docs.hp.com. The "trick" is to look under the D-Class servers. An R-box is nothing more than a D-box turned on its side (well, okay, the external case is different) but for all practical purposes an R-390 is a D-390.
