HP9000/800/L2000 server cannot boot up w/o any error on console

I'm using HP9000/800/L2000 server running HP-UX 11.0,

I tried to boot up the server but, nothing displayed on the console.

I enter the GSP, VFP showing this;

VFP

This command activates the immediate display of the Virtual Front Panel.

LEDs: RUN ATTENTION FAULT REMOTE POWER
ON FLASH OFF ON ON
LED State: There was a system interruption that did not take the system down.
Check Chassis and Console Logs for error messages.

I checked the log (using SL command)
it showed this message;

SL

Select Chassis Code Buffer to be displayed:
Incoming, Activity, Error, Current boot or Last boot? (I/A/E/C/L) e

Set up filter options on this buffer? (Y/[N]) n

The first entry is the most recent Chassis Code

Type Q/q CR to quit.

You have problem with power supply unit. Swith off the system completely and restart if nothing will appear on screen open a call with HP.

Hi Mike,

If you did not have power poblems, i also suggest opening a call with HP. If you did have
a power failure, just reset the server and boot it up again.

Hi Mike,

Depending on the age of this system there's a possibility that you may have a defective Power Monitor board which is falsely reporting a power supply problem. Some of the earlier L-class systems would show this problem after short AC power loses. The way to clear it would be to pull *all* power for a minute or two & then power it up.
You may want your friendly CE to check this system - specifically the PM board, it may need to be replaced.

Hi Mike,

you can check the status of you power supplies with the command "PS" on the GSP.
You might find that power supply 0 has failed - this is at least what the chassis code of your error code tells you.
You should call your HP Cupport and have it replaced.
