HP9000-D250 : Reboot after panic: TOC, pcsq.pcoq = 0.26b2e8, isr.ior = 0.26b2e8
Hi,
I'm using HP 9000/D250 server and I had a big problem.
The last 3 days, the server reboots every morning.
The schutdown log indiques
Reboot after panic: TOC, pcsq.pcoq = 0.26b2e8, isr.ior = 0.26b2e8
The OLDsyslog.log indicates nothing interesting before the crash.
One information is that last week, the power switch of the serveur, and the DC brushless have been changed.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot

Wow, what an old box.
The switch and a fan (?) has been replaced?
Anything in
/var/tombstones
or
/var/adm/crash ?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

You dont have a /var/tombstones directory at all? What version of HP-UX are you running?
The TOC message indicates that a Transfer of Control is causing the panic. Usually thats initiated by someone or something (such as ServiceGuard or other cluster software). Its worth checking the logs for a possible hardware crash though:
Next time you reboot or crash, stop the boot process and get to the Service Menu from the BCH. Run the command PIM and look at the timestamp located at the top of the output. If its recent, try to post the info here. If you can only view this from a hard terminal, then just copy the row of chassis codes from each processor. For example:
HPMC Chassis Codes = 0xcbf0 0x20b3 0x5008 0x5408 0x5508 0xcbfb
