HPMC FLT 530B Bus time-out

My hp k580 server took an hpmc yesterday with the following flt codes. Look like the 530B points towards some sort of BUS time-out error or maybe I have a bad processor # 0. Here's the flt log below, can anyone help me with this.Thxz

Time to open a support call with HP if you have support. This could be a Backplane or Core I/O problem.

This seems to be a serious crash.
Please refer the following doc for K-class
error codes may help you to analyze the problem.
