Re: HPRp2470 Issue
Troy,
First let me welcome you to the forums.
The current front panel lights seem to be normal (the att blinking amber indicates that you need to look aat the logs in the GSP, after doing that it will turn off).
In order for you to look at the logs in the GSP you need to do the following:
1. from the console click on CTRL+B
2. log into the GSP, if there is no user or password set you need to clikc on enter twice.
3. SL (show logs)
4. pick E for errors
5. no filtering
6. after looking at the logs (enter to skip entries) use Q to quit and co to go back to the unix prompt, that shoud turn off the amber light.
a lot of things can cause a system to reboot, did you see anything in the syslog file ? does the system reboots in a fixed frequency ? same date same hour ? (if so maybe there is a reboot scheduled in the cron jobs.
attche the GSP logs and syslog + OLDsyslog file and I will take a look at it
