HPUX 11i software failure

Hi Im trying reinstall a S.O. hpux 11i in rp 2430 and have a next error.

Hi Raul,

just a few questions: what CD did you use? Did you terminate the SCSI bus? This alert doesn't give enough information.

Check the console path (for GSP version B.XX.XX) , see the url below :

for GSP version A.XX.XX :

From GSP for other log around the time when you try to install the OS.

Also check the GSP firmware, the latest one for revision B GSP firmware is C.02.14.

1. Why did you chose to reinstall OS?

2. There is a possibility of hardware failure in the system. Check GSP logs

the GSP Firmware version is C.02.14
and when im trying installl hpux 11i mission critical

please log the GSP logs to a file and attach it. This is not enough information.
BTW, which version? 11i v1 or v2?

Looks like failed hardware.
I'm sure there is some PIM information. Got to the boot menu, service, run PIM and post, please.
