Hardware device with 2 paths

Rebooted our production server this morning; it hung. Got it up again with a hard boot - but now see a disk in sam that shows two hardware paths. When I attempt to "view more information" for that device, I get a memory fault (coredump) message.

How can I correct this?

While I am on the subject of issues - Veritas Entrprise Manager also caused a coredump. We don't use it - I'd like to remove it. How can I do that?

Re: Hardware device with 2 paths

Hi,

some more details are needed.
What kind of hardware device, what kind of connection (SCSI/FC)?
You should post an "ioscan -fn" for the beginning.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
