Hardware path rp4440

Is there a document that gives al relation between the IO path under hpux and the IO slot on a rp4440?
I have 4 x Dual ultra SCSI installed in my server. I see al the cards under unix, but I can't find a link between the IO path and the IO slots

you can also try "rad -q" which should show the iopath to slot relation (it may be that rad does not work if patch PHCO_30514 is not installed ...)
