there is a web console card in this server, I can connect web console by LAN, there is no any display on web console either.
Only Power light is on, how should I do? Could you help me? thanks a lot!

When you say powering on, are you pushing the power button or merely adding power to the server?

SolutionIf really the Front Panel LED state is that the Power LED is solid on and alls others (RUN, ATTENTION, FAULT) are off, this means that the system cannot execute the PDC (bios). This could be a hint on a general system failure like bad CPU or Systemboard.
But you should be able to get output from the GSP by pressing CTRL-B on the console. if this does not work, then the GSP card may be bad or the console is not properly connected

I would ask the next HP Support Center for help.
