How do you tell if your console connection
is half or full duplex ? for both GSP & MP

I think it always at 100HD. Not sure though.

By deafult it comes with a 10/ half
I had a lot of trouble earlier but that is where I start now and it works fine.

Jerry,
On your rp3410, there is only an MP, or Management Processor. This is the newer version of what used to be called the GSP, or Guardian Service Processor.

To find the current settings you need to get to the MP Main Menu, which comes up automatically on the console at bootup or can be reached by typing a CTRL-B.

From there you want to get into the Command Menu, or CM prompt.

From there you type LS for Lan Status, or to change settings you type LC for Lan Configuration. Note that since you are talking to the MP, at this level you will not see any other NICs in your server.

To get back to your console mode you will first have to type a MA for Main menu, and then CO for Console.
