Hi,
At his stage of the boot, loading the kernal etc, the machine also does an IO probe of the hardware.
It might be worth removing any IO cards that you have installed in expansion IO slots.
Sometimes, if there is a problem with an IO HBA, the machine can hang while trying to "probe" it, or Panic/Dump.

I do think there is most likely a h/w problem. It's kind of hard to pin-point h/w issue with some component inside this server when the background or rather story of this server is unknown.
Would you let's know whats going on in here?
Is this happened all of a sudden or any h/w changes etc?
