What is the message display on LCD screen on K server INIT CB0B.

Hi,

I think your machine got crash.
have a look on this patch discription

PHKL_8199:
MP system hangs during panic. The LED shows system staying at INIT CB0B. Machine needs to be TOC'ed to save the core dump.

In fact my original error was :
Error message on the server : WARN E000, CPU 0 1 2 3 4 5.

An HP technician sayed me that this problem is corrected by the PHKL_22785 patch.

This patch has been installed but after the installation reboot an other error message appeared INIT CB0B, CPU 0 1 2 3 4 5.

I will install your patch but do you any idea to the problem?

INIT CB0B Branching to OS TOC handler

In the technical knowledge base you can find the above error. The suggestion is to call the HP Response Center.
