I got the following error on my system. currently my PDC is the latest version. what should I do?

not be successfully obtained.
Mon Sep 25 12:41:51 2006: Comment on PIM Data Retrieve Failure:
The PDC log data for the machine under test are
not accessable.
Possible Causes/Recommended Action:
The machine under test does not have the required
PDC calls (PDC_SYSTEM_INFO and PDC_LOG ) available
to access processor logs.
You may need to update the PDC firmware with
latest version.
Mon Sep 25 12:41:51 2006: Tool completed with exit_status MOD_INCOMPLETE (5)
indicating the tool was started but could not
properly complete execution.

Suspecting cpu releated issue.
give the below output.
#echo "map selall info;wait infolog" | cstm > /tmp/cstm.txt ==>and send the cstm.txt file
and

what type of server is it and what version of HPUX?
you probably have an older version of the diagnostics installed.
download/install the latest version and try again
post what version you have installed

If you could access GSP/MP then please check the current PDC version using "sysrev".

SolutionAs i said earlier update the Diagnostics software aswell.
Latest version is available here to download
http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE
or you can get this of the supportplus cd if you have it.
check if you have this version installed, or at least a recent one
