Re: Information Tool Activity Log for CPU

hi,

what type of server is it and what version of HPUX?

you probably have an older version of the diagnostics installed.

download/install the latest version and try again

post what version you have installed

Re: Information Tool Activity Log for CPU

This is a rp4440 with HP-UX 11iv1 released on June 2003.However I installed latest HWEnable,FEATURE11 and GoldQPK on it. Do you think I should upgrade anything else?

Re: Information Tool Activity Log for CPU

As per the message shown , you may have to upgrade PDC firmware to the latest one.

If you could access GSP/MP then please check the current PDC version using "sysrev".

Re: Information Tool Activity Log for CPU

Hasan,

As i said earlier update the Diagnostics software aswell.

Latest version is available here to download

http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE

or you can get this of the supportplus cd if you have it.

check if you have this version installed, or at least a recent one
