Hello, well thank you so much. Got it going with hyperterminal and everything seems to be working hardware wise. Next problem...the customer does not have the core install disc for HP-UX 10.2 The contractor possibly held on to it throughout all of Europe. They have all the HP-UX application software but not the core install. Would anyone know where I could get this?

10.20 has been obsolete for many years so it is not available from HP. You might find a copy on eBay or similar location. Note that there are several CD versions of 10.20...try to find the most recent (dated about 2001).
