K-Class with HP-UX 11.0

I have a K-Class with 11.0 and during a reboot it got stuck on test C250. I am tring to find out what might cause this error. I can not break out or get anything on the console at all.

C250 is a memory interleave test fail. You either have a hardware fault in the memory or memory control hardware or some mis-configued memory. Have you recently added or removed or changed any of the memory DIMMs. You need to contact your nearest HP service centre if you need a hardware fix.

Thanks! You were correct and we had the memory carrier replaced and that fixed the problem.
