L-2000

I am putting in an graphics card and usb card.A4982A and A615060001.The system see's the cards and they work.But everytime the machine boots up I get an i/o error.It goes by this and boots up fine.I was wondering if anyone has seen this before and I have the cards in slot 9 and slot 10 ,are these correct?
