.
While verifying the cards in L-Class Servers, I can't seem to locate a model number for either the GSP Card (3 RS232 Ports) Normally in Slot 2, or the LAN / SCSI card normally in Slot 1.
.
Anyone know the model/part number? What I get from IOSCAN and CSTM isn't helping.
.
The only number I found so far may be wrong, A6696A/B.
.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Re: L-Class PCI GSP Card
Product # A6696A...
Is the Embedded System I/O for the L-Class
I think it 'contains' both the items you mention
It has these system management ports:
Ultra2 SCSI
10/100Base-TX
10Base-TX LAN Console
DB-25 split into 3 x RS-232 as follows
- Local console
- Remote/modem console
- General Purpose
I'm not sure if it helps,
but it's the best I can do
Regards
Mike

Re: L-Class PCI GSP Card
This thread doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I had hoped that a HP engineer would have be able to answer, or someone who has had to replace one of these boards.
.
Your suggested sites, I've already been to, and they aren't helpful.
.
I'm really getting disappointed with the HP participation on these forums. I thought they would at least be monitoring them.
.
Thanks for your help.

Re: L-Class PCI GSP Card
GSP Rev A Product Code A6696A
P/N's A5191-60012/A5191-69012/A5191-69112
GSP Rev B Product Code A6696B
P/N's A6144-60012/A6144-69012/A6144-69112
Easiest way to tell is GSP Rev A uses a "W" Cable and the REV B GSP uses an "M" Cable

Re: L-Class PCI GSP Card
There is no model number for the individual cards. The A6696A/B includes both of these cards as well as the 3 way Serial cable. Maybe if you explained what you are really wanting from this information, we could help you better.
