Your fibre should be in slot 9 but appears to be in slot 10 and your ether which should be in slot 11 appears to be in slot 12.
Has someone moved them both up one slot?

as a suggestion you could actually power the m/c off, remove the power cables completely and after a few seconds plug them back in again then do another boot and see if you still get the errors

scuse me bu I have had difficulty with the access to ITRC.
The problem has been resolved and it was tied up to the turning off of two of the three power .
With an only power the server continuous to work but it stops the scan of the peripheral PCI ones reached the maximum of power dissipabile.
The messages given on GSP didn't give evidence good of it or it was too much stupid as possibility
by and thanks to all
