Hi,
When installing a 3rd CPU into a L2000 is it required to have the terminator on the 4th CPU slot

Darren i think it is not required but for safety purpose like to protect the slot from dust etc. you need to put one. And it is just a plastic CAP as far as i remember and not terminator.

I know when the with one cpu you need the terminator and I know with 2 you dont need any but I wasnt sure if you user the other 2 cpus slots

You dont need the terminator on a 3 cpu system, you only need it in slot 3 if you have a 1 cpu system.h

But you will need another processor support module, part number A5168A.
