LAN console questions

We have a (old) 12-port 10-base network hub used to provide LAN console access to our HP-UX boxes but are running out of ports quickly.

Can we add another 10/100base network switch and multiplex it with the existing 10-base hub to provide extra LAN console connectivity?

Hi,

just uplink hub to switch by crossover cable
or uplink port.

Hi,
I think replacing your 12 port Hub with 32 port Switch would cost you much...and on the contrary performance will increase.
