List or Email of End of Life Hardware

I control the ongoing support for our clients; I need to every proactive about ensuring end of life issues do not back us into the corner. In other words, I would like to know what is end of life that our clients are running, so I can work on getting it replaced. And then also it would be nice to know 6 to 12 months ahead of when I unit reaches its end of life, so it can be planned on replacing the end of life hardware. Where can I find this information.
