Locked input /output in when connected to serial port... desperate
Hi, Yesterday I was trying to set up the web console in the Ctrl+B menu, then, after I confirmed the changes, I went to the main menu again and wanted to look what was inside the System Processor option (CSP I think it is), got an error message and the input became halt.
I was using HyperTerminal in my laptop when occurred.
The only way I can connect now is via Telnet.
I rebooted the system to see what happens but the console didn't show the boot process. And still the same.
What can I do?
Regards.

You have probably saved an invalid ip address in either your GSP or webconsole or both.
To reset the webconsole to factory defaults, power it down and then power it up with the button on top depressed, hold it for at least 15-30 seconds.
I'm attaching a script that can reset your GSP and make it accessible.

I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean with "top depressed".
And then, Do I have to run the script after power it up?
Thank you for the prompt response,
Regards

I did those steps but, the console doesn't work yet, and the script returned this message: GSP reset failed.
Thank You
