MAC address of GSP - I'm really confused

Current configuration of MP LAN interface
MAC address : 00:00:00:00:00:00
IP address : 192.168.1.148 (0xc0a80194)
Hostname : gsp0
Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0 (0xffffff00)
Gateway : 192.168.1.1 (0xc0a80101)
Status : UP and RUNNING
AutoNegotiate : Enabled
Data Rate : 100 Mb/s
Duplex : Half
Error Count : 25
Last Error : rx FIFO overflow

Zeroed MAC-address - it it possible? Is it correct? Why it is 'all-zeroes'? What if we will get one another 9000-system with such strange GSP's MAC?

Looks not good. Did you upgrade GSP firmware recently? You may try downgrading or reflashing, but the best I think is to call HP - in the worst case I guess they will replace GSP card
