Like lanscan I see all LAN hardware paths.

Please give me your feedback ASAP.

Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards

Re: MP LAN

You can't.

MP is not a normal LAN interface.

The operating system sees MP mainly as a few serial ports, including the console.

There is (and should not be!) no way to access the MP LAN from the server's operating system. This is so that the administrator can use the MP LAN to access the console even if the server OS is crashed, damaged or compromised("hacked"), but any electronic intruder *cannot* use the MP LAN to directly access the consoles of other servers.

For example, on rp3410, the MP hardware looks like this on ioscan -fnk:
tty 1 0/7/1/1 asio0 CLAIMED INTERFACE PCI Serial...
/dev/GSPdiag1 /dev/diag/mux1 /dev/mux1 /dev/tty1p0 ...

Note that this is a "tty" device, not a "lan" device.

If you need to know the MAC address and other network parameters of the MP, connect to it, enter CM to get to Command Menu, then enter LS for Lan Status.
