I assume you mean "Mean Time To Recovery"?

If so, what are you recovering? Just the OS? How? Via tape? Reinstalling from scratch? From a Ignite/UX server?

What about the data? How much? What kind of backup system? What type of tape drives?

With the (lack of) information, there is absolutely no way to accurately answer your question.

That could depend on the type of support contract you have, your distance from an HP office/parts warehouse and how long it takes an SE to get to your location.

I meant 'Mean time to repair'.

I was told that a SE take 2 hrs to arrive in our office.

I'm also interested in the MTBF (mean time between failures) to calculate the availability
