Memory upgrade on N4000
Hi
I have buy one memory upgrade for N4000 A5864A 2GB memory module (2x1GB DIMMs, and one for L1000 A6115A 2GB memory module (2x1GB DIMMs).
Observing the two cards they seem identical, someone knows give some information to me?

A5864A 2048MB ECC high-density SDRAM memory upgrade kit - Includes two 1024MB SDRAM DIMM modules
A6115A 2048MB High Density SyncDRAM Mem Module A6115A
I'm not sure but I think that you can but:
First they have diff part number, that means
they are two different products.
Secound it maybe work but your server will be unsupportet then.
Also you can use 3 party Memory but your server self test will NOTE you and say that
you use unsupportet memory.
I do not recomment doing so.
