Modem port

Hello,
When supporting our clients'servers, (models HP 9000 Dxxx and A400,A500) we have used a serial port or the built-in modem port with a analogue modem. Now on the latest models (RP2430, RP2470, RP5400) we've sold there are problems when using the modem port. Setting up the port like on the older servers doesn't work all the time. Or there is no connection, or we have to reset the GSP (or modem port in GSP) between 2 connections. I've contacted HP and after some time the told me that the modem port is not supported !. I think the cabling of the modem port is different from the older ones.
The port is one of the tree (console,UPS and modem) connectors on the W-cable ref. A6144; delivered with each new server.
Can anybody tell me the exact pin lay-out of this port (wich signal on wich pin) ?.
xx
