Hi Pierre,

When I see this it's usually a dirty mouse.
Pop it open & clean out the inside. If it's still balky, I'd replace the mouse.

Re: Mouse cursor is moving by itself

Hi Jeff,

I have tried a number of mouses but I
still have the same problem.
I got the same problem when I´m using
the mousepad.
I tried to resolve it by upgrading the
bios, but no luck there.

What Model of system are you using, and what O/S is it running?
What are the chances...

Re: Mouse cursor is moving by itself

I have observed a similar phenomenon with a keyboard (USB on a C3000 under HP-UX 10.20) - a kind of auto-repeat after you have released the key. Of course it happens usually with a "delete" key ... I suspect a problem with the USB system.
