Re: Moving MP console to system console

Shalom Mostafa,

I suggest you check the system physically and see what if anything is connected to the console port. If its clear and GSP is reset, you should have console access.

Re: Moving MP console to system console

It actually says what you should do, but it is not exactly obvious. Do the following, quickly:

Hold down Ctrl.
Press E key.
Release Ctrl.
Press C key.
Press F key.

If you get another "Read only..." message, you were not quick enough.

Re: Moving MP console to system console

Hi,
There is nothing connected to the console. How can I reset the gsp?

Another thing when I press Ctrl+E following C and F then it says [bumped user- Admin].

Please help.

Re: Moving MP console to system console

Hi

When you get the "bumped user- Admin]" message, press "enter" to get your active console. it means you are accessing MP console as Admin rights.

Re: Moving MP console to system console

Press Ctrl+Ecf and Enter, You will get desire either console login are MP Login.

The cause for this problem is you have connected to system console to another way by network [some ip configured for MP] or remote modem. and this connection has a write permission.
Pls see the link for detail
