I think you have a power interruption on the 2nd line of your rack. Have you asked your electrians to check this situation yet?

"Probable Cause / Recommended Action:

Reconnect the power cord."
Check the connection.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: My two rp7410 often send a EMS Event Notification about AC power?
the rp7410 has four power connectors on the rear.
Two redundant lines (A0,A1) go to Bulk Power Supply (BPS) 1 and thw other two redundant lines (B0, B1) go to BPS 0.
Many customers have only two cables connected (f.e. A0 and B0), because they do not have redundant power distributions or use an UPS.
This is OK, but then the MP thinks that the missing lines (A1 and B1) have failed and this EMS event will be logged for the two lines.
To prevent this, use the MP command "pwrgrd" to tell the MP that this state is normal.
The pwrgrd command can safely be used online. It does not shut down any lines, it only affects when the MP will log errors.
If you have all 4 cables connected:
-check if ther is really power on the cables
-check the output of the MP command "ps" on the cabinet
-if there is an error, run the "de" command on the MP and retrieve actual data from the BPS. Then run ps again (ps shows only cached data)
-if all this does not help, it's time to call HP. Maybe the BPS is bad.
best regards
Stefan

Re: My two rp7410 often send a EMS Event Notification about AC power?
It won't make a difference in this particular instance, but you should look at updating the OnlineDiags. You have A.43.00 installed, and the current version for 11.11 is A.49.05. HP supports the current and previous versions. The later versions have bugs fixed and support for recent hardware. You should also install the latest patch for the version you have. There is no patch for A.49.05 so far.
The current version is available from http://www.software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumb
er=B6191AAE.
The OnlineDiags versions are listed at http://www.docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table

Re: My two rp7410 often send a EMS Event Notification about AC power?
I had this messages also often. after a firmware upgrade of the cellboards the message's where gone.
before the firmware upgrade one's in the two months this message appeared but never a power failure found.
Look wich firmware your running and ask if HP has a higher version.
grtz. Mark
