Re: N-Class - booting failed to initialize status = 7
At the console:
ctrl-b
log in to gsp, usually just hit enter a few times, unless you have set a password.
sl
Read the errors. You should get an idea whats going on.
Based on what I see, Core I/O card may have failed or have unterminated devices on it.

Re: N-Class - booting failed to initialize status = 7
Can not complete call without error.
An error of unknown type prevented the call from completing correctly.
Look through IPL/PDC, there are some options for viewing / editing the hardware config and compare this what You see physically built into the box.
I'd guess You have a scsi/lan (A60031) card which is deactived for some reason.

Re: N-Class - booting failed to initialize status = 7
---------
Install is failing with "-3", which is an "unknown failure" code. Looks like install will be blocked until HW problem is fixed.

Re: N-Class - booting failed to initialize status = 7
have a look at this thread:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=716493758+1108040934997+28353475&threadId=785577
Solution seemed to have been replacement card.

Re: N-Class - booting failed to initialize status = 7
The information below in the GSP error log entry points the suspect IO card.
0x2000106683FF2164 000101FF FF01FF83 - type 4 = Physical Location
This physical location data points the slot 1. See old thread,
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=8500
I searched ITRC with a keyword FF01FF83. It appears there is no IO card in aly IO slot in your case. So problem may be the IO backplane.
