Re: N400 power supply Problems

Juan,
log into the GSP and run the following command:

GSP>PS

it will provide fans and power supply status.

your error can be reported from multiple reasone:
1. the power supplies require 220V
2. you need 2 or more operating power supply for the system to boot up.
3. you are having an issue with your power monitor board.
4. one of your processors support modules is bad.

can you provide more details ?

Re: N400 power supply Problems

Juan,
It seems that your fans status is good assuming that the system is getting 220V and you have 2 or ore power supply, I would try to get the power monitor board replaced and if that does not resolve the problem you have to focus on the processors support modules.

If you have parts well follow the steps.
If not you would need HP help at this time
