Server Speeds iBus Speed PCI Bus Speed
A3639A 360 440 120mhz 60mhz
A3639B 360 440 550 120mhz 60mhz
A3639C 550 650 750 133mhz 66mhz

there are different systemboards to enable higher cpu speeds - thats all. You may use the same supported cards and memory in all systems. But you need to have a current PDC firmware.

The sticker on the right side of the box (when viewed from the front) should be accurate, should be.
I believe if you run mstm (diagnostics) and do an Info on "system" it will give you the part number of the system board.
A3639-60006 is an A3639A,
A3639-60020 is an A3639B and
A3639-60025 is an A3639C.
(The zeros could be any number)
You could also open the top cover and check for those part numbers on a little white sticker physically located on the system board. I don't recall if it's under the front lids or the rear lids.
