Server N4000 is old name for HP9000.
I know memories are install on to Memory Module. May I know how many Memory Module can install N4000? how many slots per Memory Module? Is there any URL can find more information about N4000.

Maximum Memory 32GB
Memory Slots 32 (16 banks of 2)
The HP 9000 N4000 Server (A3639A and A3639B), who preceded the HP 9000 rp7400 Server (A3639C), can be configured to include up to eight PA-RISC 8500 360 MHz, PA-RISC 8600 440 MHz or PA-RISC 8600 550 MHz processor modules, up to 32 GB of memory, two internal disk drives, and has 12 PCI slots. Memory options include 512 MB Kits, 1 GB Kits, and 2GB Kits; Drive options include 9 GB, 18 GB, 36 GB, or 73 GB internal disk drives.

N4000 has maximum 2 memory carriers each capable of holding 16 DIMMS. Remember that DIMMS are installed in pairs. If the system is up to date on firmware the max memory is 32GB achieved by 16 pairs of 2GB DIMM pairs.
