Hi Rui,
Sounds like you've had a hardware failure.
You should place a HW service call to HP to replace the failed part.

Looks like a hardware problem. Best to engage HP harware support on this. Meanwhile if you want to do a core dump analysis once the system comes up, try this link,

Guys, thanks for the help on this. It turns out that a scsi bus card is not working at all, the activity led's are missing.
