You possibly have to hard reset the GSP. the way to do that is to open the cabinet and on the right side ( depending on wheterh you see from from or back) I take it as looking at the server from front.
On the right side where the GSP card is fitted, there is a GSP reset butoon which might be worth doing. After that the GSP becomes factory reset. You may then start configuring it.
