No driver for SE SCSI adapter 28655A

We have a K580-Server under 11.0 and plugged in a SE SCSI precision-bus adapter and searching for a driver.

While this is an old card, I don't think you need a "driver".

Have you tried using it? SCSI code is usually built-in to HPUX. Should not have to install any extra software.

The driver should be scsi1. If not configured, configure this driver in the kernel and reboot.

You should also have the tape and disk drivers configured. If you are still having problems, can you post your ioscan -fn output.

scsi1 is the driver but you may also want the lpr3 (I think) driver if you want to use the on-board parallel port as well. You may also want the spt NIO pass-thru driver, the stape driver, and/or the disc3 driver depending upon your peripherals.
