PCI Power supply problems RP8400?

Hey all,

Anybody out there had PCI power supply failure problems on the RP8400 that would cause a system crash? Heard there is a note out, but would like to understand the exact issues....

Redundancy issues? Deallocation of hardware issues?

Anyone seen it?
