Parstatus command hanging

Trying to run parstatus command on an rp7420, but it keeps hanging on me. Unable to break out of command, must terminate telnet session. Anyone else see this before? Ideas?

Do you have PHKL_30523 and PHKL_33338 patch installed if you are running 11.11 ?

What is the system firmware version on the server MP -> CM -> SYSREV ?

I called the Response Center. Looks like problem is old firmware. Until we can get firmware upgrade scheduled, she had me clear the MP bus...from the CM prompt on the MP, we used the "ru" command. This ended up clearing all the outstanding (21 of them) parstatus cmds. So we have a temporary solution and a long-term solution. Thanks for your help!
